Privacy Policy

HoldWise is a trading name of SurrendaSoft Pty Ltd (ABN 87 687 922 729), located in Sydney, NSW, Australia. Contact us at [email protected].

When you join the waitlist, we collect only what you submit and basic analytics:

• Email address: So we can notify you when early access opens.
• Survey answers: Optional details you choose to share — how many coins you hold or watch, what you currently use to track crypto, whether you'd want a daily briefing, and any frustrations you describe.
• Referral information: If you arrive via a referral link or enter a referral code, we record who introduced you.
• Marketing consent: A record that you agreed to receive early-access updates.
• Usage & device data: Pages visited, referring website, approximate location (country level), timezone, language, browser type and screen size — via analytics, to understand interest and improve the site.

We do not collect:

• Passwords or account credentials (there is no account yet)
• Payment or card details (the waitlist is free — no payment is taken)
• Any portfolio, wallet, exchange or financial holdings data

• Early-access communication: To email you about your waitlist spot, the launch, and the Founding Member offer. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Product research: Your survey answers help us build HoldWise around real crypto holders. We report on these only in aggregate.
• Referral attribution: To credit whoever introduced you.
• Site improvement: Aggregated, anonymised analytics help us improve the landing page and signup experience.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing unrelated to HoldWise.

• Firebase (Google): Hosting, database (Firestore), and Cloud Functions used to store waitlist signups.
• Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics: Anonymised usage measurement.
• Gmail (Google): Used to send waitlist confirmation and early-access emails.

We will update this list when additional services are introduced at product launch.

Your data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) in the us-central1 region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is restricted to authorised SurrendaSoft personnel.

We keep your waitlist details until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can contact you about early access. You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist and delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected] — we will action this within 30 days.

The waitlist site uses only essential and analytics storage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles and GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data / be removed from the waitlist
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time
• Object to processing

We may update this policy from time to time, and will publish a fuller policy when the product launches. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist subscribers.
