By joining the HoldWise waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form. HoldWise is a trading name of SurrendaSoft Pty Ltd (ABN 87 687 922 729), which operates this site.

The waitlist lets you register interest in HoldWise — an upcoming AI-assisted crypto portfolio briefing tool — and be notified when early access opens. Joining the waitlist:

• Is free and takes no payment.
• Does not create an account or grant access to any product.
• Is not a contract to purchase, and does not obligate you to buy anything.

HoldWise is in development. We make no guarantee that the product will launch, that it will include any particular feature, or that early access will be offered by any specific date. We may change, delay, or discontinue our plans at any time.

Any founding-member or early-access pricing described on this site is an indicative offer for eligible early users, subject to availability (for example, a limited number of places) and to the final terms published at launch. It is not a binding price commitment and may change before the product is released.

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

By joining with marketing consent, you agree to receive emails about your waitlist spot, the launch, and the Founding Member offer. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

HoldWise, this site, its content and branding are owned by SurrendaSoft Pty Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercialise them without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The site and waitlist are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
• SurrendaSoft Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from any delay or failure to launch, or from changes to the offer.
• Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales. If you are in another jurisdiction, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

We may update these terms, and will publish separate terms for the product at launch. Material changes affecting the waitlist will be notified by email to subscribers.
